01Who we are

One India is a seller platform on the ONDC network, built by Instastack (Just InstaStack Technology Private Limited, Mumbai, India). This policy covers the One India Seller app for Android, the web dashboard, the One India app for Shopify, and our website.

02What we collect

Your mobile number, for sign-in with a one-time code. Your name and, if you give it, your email. Your store details — name, address and map location, opening hours, photos. Your business and payout details — PAN, GSTIN and FSSAI number where the law requires them, and the bank account or UPI ID your money is paid into. Your catalogue, including product photos you take. Your orders and the records that come with them: payments, deliveries, returns, complaints. From your device: a push-notification token so we can alert you to orders, and basic diagnostics (crashes, which screens are used). The app asks for the camera (to scan barcodes and photograph products), notifications (order alerts) and location (to place your shop on the map) — each only when you use that feature.

03Why we collect it

To run your store. We use your number to sign you in, your store details to make you visible to buyers, your bank details to settle your money, and your order records to reconcile every rupee and handle returns and complaints. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

04What travels on the network

ONDC is an open network. When a buyer orders from you, the details needed to fulfil that order — your store name and location, the items, the delivery address, order status — are shared with the buyer's app and the logistics provider handling the delivery. That is how the network works; it happens per order, not in bulk.

05Where it lives

Your data is stored in India and encrypted in transit. Access inside our team is limited to people who need it to support you.

06Your choices, and deleting your account

You can see and correct your store details in the app at any time, and you can export your catalogue and leave whenever you want — it goes with you.

To delete your account and your data, write to support@instastack.io from your registered email, or with your registered mobile number in the message. We close the store, remove it from the network, and delete your personal data within 30 days. We keep only what the law and ONDC network rules oblige us to keep — tax invoices and order, settlement and complaint records — for the period they require, and nothing else. You can also ask us to delete part of your data (for example product photos) without closing the account.

07Our website

The site uses basic page analytics and nothing else. No advertising trackers, no cookies, nothing sent to a third party. Your browser keeps one random number so we can tell a returning visit from a new one, and we record which page you saw, which button you pressed and which campaign link brought you here — on our own servers. If your browser asks sites not to track you, we record nothing.

08If you connect a Shopify store

Connecting is your choice, made on Shopify’s own approval screen; we never see your Shopify password. From your Shopify store we read your products, prices, photos, stock and locations, so we can list them on ONDC, and the fulfilment and cancellation status of the orders we created, so we can keep the buyer informed. We do not read your Shopify customers, and we do not read orders that did not come from ONDC.

Into your Shopify store we write each ONDC order — the items, the bill, and the buyer’s name, phone number and delivery address — because you cannot ship without them. Those buyer details come from the ONDC network, not from Shopify, and we use them only to get that order fulfilled: no marketing, no profiling, no selling.

The key Shopify gives us for your store is kept encrypted. Disconnect in One India, or uninstall the app in Shopify, and syncing stops at once and the key is destroyed; your One India listings stay yours. When Shopify tells us a shop or a customer has asked for their data to be erased, we erase what we hold unless tax or ONDC network rules require us to keep an order record, and we tell the store owner which.
